1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of goods by A1XKS Ltd.
By placing an order with A1XKS Ltd you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure clarity regarding orders, manufacturing, delivery and payment for the specialist products we supply.
2. Products
A1XKS Ltd manufactures and supplies body panels and restoration components primarily for Jaguar XK120, XK140 and XK150 models.
Due to the specialist nature of these products, some panels are manufactured to order and may require additional production time depending on current workshop commitments.
All products are produced using traditional metal fabrication techniques and may vary slightly from original factory panels due to the nature of handcrafted production.
3. Pricing
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. The final price payable will be confirmed at the time of order.
4. Orders
Orders may be placed by contacting A1XKS Ltd directly.
Once an order has been confirmed and manufacturing has commenced, the order is considered accepted and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion prior to manufacturing.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order.
In some cases, a deposit or full payment may be required before manufacturing begins, particularly for larger or custom fabricated panels.
Goods will normally only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are not included within panel prices and are payable by the buyer.
Due to the size and nature of many panels, shipping quotations can only be obtained once items have been completed, packaged and prepared for dispatch.
A1XKS Ltd supplies panels to customers throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide. We will endeavour to obtain the most suitable courier service available at the time of dispatch.
Once goods have been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier.
7. Made-to-Order Items
Many of the panels supplied by A1XKS Ltd are manufactured to order.
Due to the specialist nature of these products, made-to-order items cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded once manufacturing has commenced.
Customers are therefore advised to ensure that the correct parts have been identified before placing an order.
If assistance is required in identifying the correct panel, we are happy to help prior to confirming the order.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the specialist and often custom nature of the products supplied, A1XKS Ltd does not normally accept returns for items that have been manufactured to order.
In the unlikely event that a product is supplied incorrectly or is faulty, customers should contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.
Any issues relating to shipping damage should be reported to the courier immediately upon receipt of the goods.
9. Liability
A1XKS Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of the products supplied.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that panels are suitable for their intended restoration project and are correctly fitted by qualified professionals where appropriate.
